Pinedas is a women-owned cleaning company serving Highwood, IL and the surrounding North Shore communities. We have spent 14 years building a reputation on careful, consistent work and a straightforward promise: your space is clean when we leave, or we make it right. Our crew shows up prepared, works to a checklist, and treats every home and business with respect.

Most of what we do falls into two categories. For homes, our residential cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, and the inside of appliances, on a one-time or recurring schedule. For businesses, our commercial cleaning keeps offices, daycare facilities, and vacation rentals ready for their users. We also handle deep cleaning when a space needs more than routine upkeep, along with tile and grout, interior windows, garages, and patios.

Life changes call for a different kind of clean. Our move-out cleaning helps you leave a property in the condition a landlord or buyer expects, and our move-in cleaning gets a new place ready before you unpack a single box. After a renovation, our post-construction cleaning removes dust, debris, and residue left by the work. Every service uses eco-friendly products that are gentle on your family, your pets, and the surfaces we touch.
