Scope of Services. Through this Site, Pinedas markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://pinedashighwood.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pinedas or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Pinedas may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Pinedas makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Pinedas's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Pinedas against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
